Pricing Questions

Can I use this extension for free?

Yes, most features are 100% FREE. There is also a Pro version that includes extra features and requires a subscription.

Do I need a paid Google Voice / Google Workspace plan for this extension to work?

No, this extension works for both the free personal plan and the paid business plans.

What are the benefits of premium?

How do I activate premium?

After purchasing premium, you will get emailed a premium activation code. To activate premium, click the extensions button, and then click Dial Dashboard to open the popup. There will be a spot to redeem premium there.

Note that this code grants premium access to one google voice account. If you would like to change your account, please send us a request.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Feel free to reach out to us if you need help with cancelation.

Installation Questions

Where can I download the extension?

You can download it on the Chrome Web Store.

Can I install this extension on Microsoft Edge and other browsers?

Yes. You can install any Chrome extension on Microsoft Edge. Just simply visit the extension page on Chrome web store and install it. For more information, read here.

We officially support Chrome, but you can also install the extension on Edge, Brave, and all other chromiun-based browser, by simply going to the Chrome Web Store and installing the extension from there. Our recommended browser for this extension is Chrome.

How do I update the extension?

If you have installed the extension from Chrome, it should automatically update within a few hours of each new release. That being said, you can always go to the extension settings page, and manually force the extension to update right away.

  • Go to the extensions settings page here: chrome://extensions/
  • Make sure the developer mode toggle on the top right is ON
  • Then click on the update button

Kanban Questions

Why are my contacts not appearing on the Kanban tab?

Your contacts from Google Contacts get synced to the kanban tab in Google Voice. Only contacts found under your “Contact” tab will be imported over, not contacts found under “Other contacts.”

If you got a new message from somebody in Google Voice, you can quickly turn them into a contact and add them to the kanban tab by clicking on their message, clicking the three dots in the top right corner, clicking “People”, and then clicking “add to contacts”

How do I create contact labels / groups for the Kanban tab?

Contact labels / groups are the same contact labels found and imported from Google Contacts.

Labels are currently organized alphabetically, left to right , on the Kanban tab with no way of changing that. Order customization is coming soon but I would recommend numbering your contact groups for now if you need a specific order.

How are contacts organized on the Kanban tab?

Contacts are organized from top to bottom with the ones most recently edited at the top. Editing mostly happens when you move a contact from label to label, but this also applies to any other change to the contact information.

Security Questions

Why do you need permission to “See, edit, download, and permanently delete your contacts”?

The entire kanban tab is built using the contact and label information provided inside of Google Contacts. We need access to edit the contact’s labels to move them from contact group to contact group. Contacts will never be deleted.

If you are not using the Kanban tab, this permission is not used.

Why do you need permission to “See your primary Google Account email address”?

This is used exclusively for the Premium features. Your email address is required for license verification to confirm if your account has an active premium subscription or not.

Why do you need permission to “Associate you with your personal info on Google”?

This is a standard permission for the “Sign in with Google” process. It’s the most basic step that allows the extension to confirm your identity and securely connect the session to the correct Google Account. This ensures you are viewing your own contacts and settings.
